“I booked HappyAppliances for fixing my microwave. They managed to come and see me same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it Good service on a fair price”

“We spent £50 for someone to damage our washing machine further An engineer came to look at our washing machine yesterday - which was working but not heating water. Instead of repairing the washing machine, he broke it completely, meaning that we are not able to wash even at low temperature now. We have contacted customer service as we need to washing machine to be back to his original condition, but we made no progress so far. Miroslav in the customer service keeps telling us that he informed the lead engineer, but there is no action being taken or timeline for an answer. In summary we spent £50 for someone to come and damage our washing machine further. Terrible service, please do not use”

“Very professional service. Mihail handled my job request of installing a new cookerhood very well. For mechanical reasons the job could not be finished the same day it was started. But Mihail followed up with engineers to get that closed as soon as possible and had the job done in a days time. fixed quote gets you the piece of mind. Engineers are very polite and professional. Experts too. My only constructive feedback is time commitment. when everyone is working from home it is also quite an important aspect of the job. Actually wanted to give a 4.5 rating leaving 0.5 for the improvement on time commitment but dont have this here so keeping it 4 star.”
