We spent £50 for someone to damage our washing machine further An engineer came to look at our washing machine yesterday - which was working but not heating water. Instead of repairing the washing machine, he broke it completely, meaning that we are not able to wash even at low temperature now. We have contacted customer service as we need to washing machine to be back to his original condition, but we made no progress so far. Miroslav in the customer service keeps telling us that he informed the lead engineer, but there is no action being taken or timeline for an answer. In summary we spent £50 for someone to come and damage our washing machine further. Terrible service, please do not use
