“Everything is as you would expect from a top hotel and restaurant. Hotel is small enough to retain a personal touch. Room large and comfortable. Dinner was excellent and large grounds mean that you have a genuine feeling of being away from it all.
Only downside are the infrequent flights to Birmingham international airport which pass overhead.
Close to M42 and a short walk to train station with half hourly service to Birmingham airport and new street station”

“Hampton Manor is my favourite England hotel, it is the perfect balance of relaxed bolt hole and excuite cuisine. I have had the privilege of going a few times from one of collaboration evening at Grace and Savour to private dinners for big birthdays. There is always something to fill your time from classes and talks to relaxing with a game and the papers! Hampton Manor has never disappointed. Well worth a visit.”
“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hampton Manor. Theo food at Grace and Savour was delicious and the where we stayed (Grace and Savour) was amazing. So peaceful yet only a few mins drive from Solihull. We are hoping to make it an annual stay.
The dinner was lovely and very filling. It’s lovely to see most of the ingredients were grown or sourced locally. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning and was plentiful. It was a lovely selection of cheeses, bread, pastry and jam (if I recall correctly!) I wish we had a take away cup to take the juice with us because it was delicious, we just couldn’t drink all of it.
The room itself was lovely and wish it wasn’t pouring with rain so we could have walked around the grounds a little.
Please note the room does not come with a TV (you won’t need it). The wine tasting was brilliant too!”
“Had a great time sampling the delights of Grace & Savour at the end of September for my 40th. The experience was amazing from start to finish from the welcome drink (the bespoke vermouth was a real find), the garden tour, wine tasting to the main event of the tasting menu.

“Stayed over night for the Midlands Champagne Academy Dinner. Fabulous venue, relaxed yet formal staff and simply delicious food at the Dinner. The Breakfast was superb and to cap a wonderful overnight stay a visit to the Bakery on our way home was a delight. i took everyone at work a treat!”
