“If you are thinking of having your wedding here you won’t regret it. Charlotte was just fabulous from start to finish. Anything we wanted she made it work. All of our guests commented on how amazing the food and service was. It really was fabulous.”
“From the moment we set foot on the grounds, we felt welcomed and looked after. The team and the facilities at the manor are wonderful and just what you need to have a break from the world. The food was divine and we will reccomend to everyone we can!”
“lovely venue and surroundings. Although we went for a special occasion, I believe the atmosphere is more suited for informal gatherings. I enjoyed the food. If there was an option for a quick lunch or dinner, where you could order a main, I would have called it a local and I would plan my weekly catch up with my friends. The way they're set up, offering only the option of a three course meal, feels intended for the tourist trade.”
“We did a 2 night staycation which included an art session which was great fun. And on a separate occasion we did a cookery class which involved foraging and that was within the Grace & Savour Michelin Star kitchen. We are so fortunate to have Hampton Manor within easy travelling distance. The concept of the Smoke restaurant under Stu Deeley is delightful. And of course the welcome you receive is excellent.”
“We stayed at Hampton Manor In August 2024. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitly go back. The staff are amazing, they make the place. They were so friendly. The breakfast was great. We had dinner at Smoke and really enjoyed it. The whole experience at Hampton Manor was amazing.”
“Have attended a wedding function which was very good and well organised
Main reason for going to the manor presently is the food served by grace and savour Generally having a scandi food option as good as this was never available in the midlands and it has been consistently good and continually evolving over the last few years”
“Hampton Manor is ready to serve each and every one of us. Visit the bakery for a marmite pastry or pistachio tart and eat it in the greenhouses with aromatic tomato plants or the leafy vine. If you want an informal meal then it's the Smoke you want. Seating can be outside on a warm night with the gorgeous fire pits or tucked up inside in the rustic room. If it's top notch tasting menus you are in need of then go through the cottage garden, admire the fruit and vegetables that will be appearing on your plate later and head into Grace and Savour. The restaurant has wonderful views looking outside however the chefs are busy in view of the diners inside. If this isn't enough, you don't have to go home! The newly built rooms attached to the Michelin star restaurant are light, airy and tastefully decorated but if you are looking for accommodation with history then move over to the Manor itself that was the home of Robert Peel. Whether you are there for a breakfast coffee or the full tasting menu, take the time to wander through the bucolic woodlands and gardens. Rest a while on the cosy patio furniture or linger on the swing whilst admiring the clock tower and breathe in deeply as we can all imagine living the dream.”
“We had a lovely weekend stay at Hampton Manor. We dined in both restaurants which are just outstanding for food and service. The rooms were beautiful. The only thing needing just a little more attention was the provision of the refreshments during the afternoon. It”
“We can’t wait to book our next stay at Hampton Manor- it’s everything you want from a hotel, from the impressive restaurants and rooms right down to the small details. It was a really special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.”
“We have been using Hampton Manors Walled Garden Cottage for our meetings, regularly for the last 2 years. The service has always been absolutely excellent and the food just as excellent. Which is why we keep coming back again and again! Highly recommend.”
“Excellent experience. An overnight stay with delicious meal and interesting extras that made it more special- afternoon tea with vinyl, informal wine tasting with the owner and a tour of both restaurants and the bakery. Really enjoyable.”
“Classy, foodie-destination country house hotel with two excellent restaurants and an artisan bakery on-site. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Whether you are here to enjoy the grounds and nip into the dog-friendly bakery, out for lunch/dinner or staying overnight, there is a warm welcome awaiting you. If you are staying, remember to buy bread, cakes and fabulous cheese from the bakery for your ride home. Easily accessible by road and rail (actually on the main line between London and Birmingham - Hampton in Arden station is less than 10 minutes walk from the Manor). The two restaurants are the laid back SMOKE - the creation of MasterChef The Professionals winner Stu Deeley - and David & Anette Taylor’s cool Grace & Savour, which has a Michelin star. Michelin assess hotels too now, and have awarded the Manor two Michelin keys!”
“My time at Hampton Manor was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, the food was exquisite, the room was fabulous with lots of space and a large bathroom with freestanding bath. A really outstanding hotel to which I would return at the drop of a hat!”
“We had our wedding here and since then we've had multiple meals in the different restaurants and never failed to be impressed.
Beautiful environment and excellent service.
Can highly recommend them for Weddings, but also if you just want a very good meal.”
“Your visit to Hampton Manor will be filled with luxery and excellence. Every aspect is taken care of, from the welcome arrival to the breakfast in bed, you'll be pampered. Sit back and enjoy. You won't regret.”
