Hey Darren! Thank you for your review and we're really sorry that your delivery expectations were not met on your first order with us. We work really hard with our courier to try to be as timely as possible with our deliveries (usually within 3 days), and most times we're pleased to say we get it right. On some occasions our courier does experience a slight backlog and we try to be as informative as we can for our customers during these times. Our shipping is free for all UK orders and we're going to refund you the £3.99 which you paid. There's a special code coming through to your inbox also, so be sure to check it! 😊 We are introducing a special 1-2 day delivery service just fyi, if this suits you for your next order and the £3.99 option has been taken off our site.
