“The gutters were cleaned to a good standard which is the bottom line. But there are a few cons. The person carrying out the cleaning uses your own power supply and water. This is never mentioned when obtaining the quotation. After gutters were cleaned all windows badly stained with limescale so you need to spend 30 to 40 quid to pay to have them cleaned. So the gutters were left cleaned but there is a lot room for improvement to keep customers really satisfied”
