“Ian’s service was recommended by a neighbour. From initial contact, to quote to which he responded very quickly. The service was outstanding and a reasonable cost. He arrived in good time and completed the work of clearing my roof and conservatory gutters, and providing images of proof, even identifying the cause of an over flow problem on my roof which was due to leaves. That didn't matter because he kept me informed throughout and he sent me multiple snap shots as he went along and cleared a heavily blocked guttering, he did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.
