“Very good by admin left much to be desired I had requested an afternoon appointment so was booked an 8 am at which time it was still dark! The job could not be completed because all was frozen up but everyone knew the previous afternoon that heavy frost was forecast so surely the job should have been rescheduled It was eventually rescheduled & again I asked for an afternoon appointment which was promptly booked for 10 am Perhaps your system should be checked”
