“Mark arrived and within just a few minutes had identified the problem of a blocked hopper on the main downpipe. Bearing in mind this took a little bit of doing as the hopper was over 10 metres up. He cleared the blockage in short order then cleaned the gutter before testing everything to make sure the water was now draining properly. He was polite and friendly and explained exactly what he was doing to resolve the problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend GutterPro and Mark and will certainly use them again.”

“I requested a am appointment which was accommodated. On the day of the visit the appointment time was not met. I received a message to say that the person would be at my property in 15 minutes which was 3 hours after the original appointment time.The person who came was very pleasant but at this point I was very disappointed. I was nit satisfied for the following reasons 1.The am appointment was not met 2.No message was received to say that there would be a delay 3.The visit took place in the afternoon when I specifically asked for a morning visit 4.no formal apology from the company although the person who attended was very sorry 5.as a carer I was delayed in my visit”

“In awful weather conditions, your young man (Liam?) did an excellent job in a professional manner. He notified me of a problem with a joint that will need to be fixed. We live near trees so the gutters were very dirty. I am very pleased with the results.”
