“I had been served out of Leicester for a while, then there seemed to be a new Rutland franchise established, and now I seemed to be in the Nottingham franchise. None of these changes were advised or explained to me. This is not the best approach for care and continuity. Liam, the one who came, is a nice chap and did ok.”
