“This would have been a 5 star for excellence. The guy that did the clear & clean was great and we are very happy with the result. The only issue that did cause a bit of concern and embarrasment was that the guy told us we had only booked a clear - if he did a clean too it would cost an extra £79. I told him that I had booked a clean & clear for £158. He could not find this on the system butcsaid he would do both, then find out about the charge. After finishing I again had to insist we had booked both for £158. Eventually he got someone to manually change something on the system to accept the payment. All good in the end but unnecessary hassle could have been avoided if their system worked better.”
