“Do to my age I no longer feel safe climbing a ladder to clean my own gutters. So I made contact with John your representative. He came along did a fine job, he was a nice pleasant person, he interacted well with me while I watched him carry out his role. “Excellent service. Takes care of a messy job with no fuss and leaves everything nice and clean. But I have to mention that the camera inspection showed a slipped roof tile that could not be seen from the ground and photos were emailed to me. Not part of the standard service, but much appreciated. As I communicated by email I'm not sure how quick the reply was. It was there the next time I checked my inbox, so it was certainly as prompt as I could have wished.”
