“MIchael advised me of a slight delay for arrival and turned up at the revised time. He explained how the clearing would take place and showed me a number of photos when he had completed the work. These photos were then sent to me the following day. I will contact him again when the gutters next need clearing. I will definitely recommend him to neighbours and friends.
