“Karl came to clean my gutters on a very difficult day. It had snowed during the night but was melting. He had had a difficult drive from home with more snow falling but arrived safely and sat in his van until the weather improved. He then worked swiftly and carefully and completed the job. I commend him. Oriel Rogers-Coltman,Lydbury North, Shropshire.”
