“The booking of an appointment was a very smooth process. I was kept informed by reminders and options on0 how to change the appointment should it be necessary On the day Ian was super professional, explaining what he was doing. He cleared away any rubbish/debris when he had finished. Just before leaving he showed us "before and after" photographs which he emailed us along with a receipt for our payment. I would definitely recommend Ian to anyone needing gutter clearing”
