“Ordered Blazer, but unfortunately there was problems paying for it due to a malfunction in the system.
After phoning Guide, it was explained and it was out of their control. They took down my details and said they would inform me when the problem was fixed. After a few days I was contacted and so I ordered. Blazer arrived the following day.

“So ordered 7 white shirts from Guide direct for my wedding. Quality product. However one shirt was a bit tight around the neck. I spoke to one of the service guys on Saturday and they DPD for Tuesday so it was in time for the wedding.

I think in this day and age of online shopping a company such as this should provide free return labels. Sadly to say will not be using them again for any online shopping until they change this process.”
