"Unable to give a full review yet as only used in garden and house due to breaking in and still using my last pair of gritsport boots, but really comfy and will give full review when used in anger.\r\n\r\nAs for my other gritsport boots well I would give a 10 out of 5if possible. I reckon there about 18 year old now and still going strong. I used the dreaded neetsfoot oil to protect and both the boots and oil have served me well.\r\n\r\nThey say you get what you pay for and for me it's a saying that rings true as you will see from the attached photo."

"It took me several years to find a pair of walking shoes that don\u2019t only fit correctly but are so comfortable I\u2019m wearing them all day, everyday. They wear well and grip well on multiple surfaces. I have literally walked hundreds of miles on my last pair that eventually wore all the tread off, must have had them 8 years at least. The ones previous to those did have an issue cutting through the laces on the top leaders, gladly the design has changed now.\r\nThis is pair number three now and expect they will last longer than me !!"

"Our granddaughters love these boots, when they out grow them we always replace them with another pair in correct size.\r\nThey are comfortable straight out the box excellent quality not too heavy and have never leaked or rubbed or let us down in any way, and the girls really put them to the test.\r\nFor \u00a338 a pair they are a bargain, the last pair we bought were on offer for only \u00a319 a pair now that was an absolute steal at that price."

“Everest Trekking Boots purchased November 2023 - Having used many brands of walking boots over the decades and worn through some much faster than I would expect I took a gamble on a make I had not come across which caught my eye in online reviews and the fact the boots were made in Italy. So far after a few weeks, but crucially in some pretty bad weather, rain, snow and ice they have performed admirably - feet are dry and no slips or falls on many rough dog walks through varying terrain with our lively 1 Year old Lab Collie mix. They also look good and were a really good price for the specifications. Highly recommended by www.andrew-davies.com”

“Recently purchased a pair of Lomond Active walking boots to replace a previous pair of a similar type, having walked approx 3000 miles over a 3 year period. The only difference appears to be, rubber sole on the previous, PU on the new not my favourite but will give them try. I still wear the old ones for gardening. Excellent.”

“I love this company, never had any issues the 4 times I have ordered from them. To the shoe!! Lady Trident, I’m just on my second pair, having worn the first pair out over many miles and rocks and hills. These shoes fit me straight from the box, I do have wide feet. They are super comfy, super waterproof and super grippy. I actually prefer these over boots. Performance wise, well straight out of the box I took on Mount Olympus highest summit, Mytikas at 2918M. This was a 3 day 30KM trek, through forests, dry riverbeds and scree, with a 200m vertical rock climb to the summit, in extreme heat, I threw practically everything at these shoes and they were excellent, no hotspots, no rubs and no blisters. An outstanding shoe!! Thank you Grisport”

Little bit wary as usually footwear not tried on don’t fit or are uncomfortable. They arrived. First try on and they felt fine. No blisters or rubbing. “These are the first pair of “real walking boots” I have ever owned. They are incredibly comfortable and I wore them straight out the box with no breaking in. It has been a bit rainy near us recently so I’ve been waking through a lot of mud and puddles and these boots have definitely gotten me through with warm and dry feet by the end. They really are fantastic. My fiancé’s previous pair of boots is beginning to show signs of age so I have insisted that when it is time to move on, he should definitely get himself a pair of Grisport.
