We’re sorry to hear the texture wasn’t what you expected. Some of our formulas are thicker ans richer to deeply nourish the skin, but we totally understand that everyone’s preferences and skin needs are different.
We’d love the chance to recommend something more lightweight if you ever feel like giving us another go -there are some beautifully hydrating options in our range that absorb more quickly.

I don't think my skin has ever reacted this quickly to a product. So not for me or I would say anyone with sensitive skin... Needless to say I think this prodct could be great on the body and doesn't mean it's necessarily a bad product.”

Although our products are designed to combat prickly heat, unfortunately, there are many other contributing factors. Alongside every individual's skin having a different response.

“I am disappointed with Green People, speaking as a customer of many years. My main reasons are: they have long claimed to be investigating more eco friendly packaging options but no improvements have been made; and, recent formulation changes to the scent-free range have made it unsuitable for my skin.”

We are trying very hard to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. The below are just some of the changes we have made and we will continue to ensure that we find suitable alternatives whereever possible:
All of our products, with the exception of some of our Toothpastes and sachets are 100% recyclable.
We now offer our first fully recyclable Toothpaste with 50% made with 50% repurposed plastic
Our One Balm is in a 100% biodegradable pot.
All of our deodorants are made using recycled post-consumer plastic.
We are now offering Shampoo bars, which all come in cardboard boxes.
All formulations that are suitable for glass bottles have moved to this form of packaging.
All our tubes – haircare/ sun care etc are made from sugarcane plastic – Sugar cane plastic requires little energy to produce and is light to ship but there’s another reason why this packaging material is considered eco-friendly. For every 1 kilo of sugar cane plastic produced, 3 kilos of C02 are removed from our atmosphere.
