Down To Earth is a multi-disciplined company offering specialist arboricultural contracting and consultancy throughout Kent and South East London.

Established in 1980 by Glenn Morris, and as one of the pioneering companies helping to establish the Arboricultural Association approved contractor scheme, we’ve grown into the largest tree contracting company in Kent securing an impressive array of clients in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

The successful merger with Greencut Horticulture in 2016 resulted in the creation of a large company that not only has the infrastructure to deal with any size job, but the modern back office systems that allow us to focus on a customer-centric model.

“A very efficient staff right from the first contact with the office through to the workman who did and excellent job and cleared up afterwards. Was given a detailed estimate and kept fully informed and even managed to get an earlier date than first indicated ! Would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“From the initial contact to the completion of the work the communication with the company was excellent. We were kept informed of the proposed method to remove a very large beech tree in a restricted space. The work took two days, as advised. The team were considerate and efficient and there was minimum disruption to neighbours. We would certainly use this company again and recommend them.”

Arrived on time, explained the process, took all steps to protect the property when moving debris etc to the shredder Had plenty of team members on site to cut back our Oak and move the debris to the front of the house I would recommend Down to Earth to use for tree care and pruning etc”
