Then it’s the quality of the packaging of the purchases. A lot of the goods are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, individually not just lumped together and ‘air bags’ offer extra protection.,
As a result, purchases arrive safe and sound. I’ve only ever had one issue and that was with a glass shade for a large Yankee candle. Customer service was fantastic and a replacement swiftly arrived.
Before Christmas I had placed an order and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier service had already made their collection for the day, so someone from Temptation Gifts actually took the time to phone me, explain the situation and apologise. How many companies do that?
