“Everything that I ordered arrived but not after a serious issue with Royal Mail. It was very clear my name and address was visible so when I received letters through the door I was expecting the order, I checked the email and it stated that it has been left in a safe place! No it had not so I waited to speak to the posty coming back on the odd numbers. He told me he thought it was for house No 18 and dumped it next to the bins. I asked him why he didn’t think to bring it with my post?? Anyway these items were for my granddaughter who is due in the next few weeks but importantly the neighbour where the posty left the item are away so the lovely thoughtful fluffy items would have been soggy articles. My package was clear with all of my dets so not sure if the posty was being nasty. Cannot rely on Royal Mail.”

“Generally happy with the delivery, however, one of the Orla Kiely Bamboo tumblers was slightly flawed and has a rough textured surface rather than being smooth. As I needed the cups straightaway I didn’t return but would have in normal circumstances.”
