“Paid for Premium Service but item didn’t arrive. Took a lot of email's and phone calls to eventually get a replacement sent over a week later. Poor customer service - called my premium service refund a gesture of goodwill even though I had received a very poor service & felt that was the least they could do to compensate me! They have lost a customer but I doubt they care 🤣”
