Upon communicating with their customer service, they did everything they could extremely promptly to put this right and I appreciate it very much - a really commendable customer service! 4 stars for the initial inconvenience of receiving an incorrect order but would rate 5 stars for customer service. Would definitely order again after a pleasant experience and the efforts made to amend what was wrong - also great offers and choice on the website :)”
“I ordered two sweet bashful bunnies as my son and daughter in law had little baby girl twins. They are very pretty and soft - so just the job.. they arrived the next day which was super - but I wasn't happy to see they had reduced stickers on them @6.99 which was different from what I had paid which was 20.78 plus 4.99 p & p. I gave them as gifts - but feel I was over charged somewhat”

“I bought a child’s soft toy which I considered to be very expensive ( it was a large jellycat toy which are, I feel, a premium soft toy). The price it was offered by campus gifts was very competitive, in fact one of the best. Delivery was also very fast. Whilst the toy was packaged reasonably well (in a box) I felt that for hygiene reasons it would have been nice if it had been wrapped in a new bag (paper or plastic) or even tissue paper before being placed in the cardboard box (which may or may not have been reused/ recycled). For their price, I personally think jellycat could provide a drawstring bag or similar for their larger toys. As they don’t, it would have been nice if campus gifts could have packaged it accordingly. Anything else, I would not mind so much but a child’s toy is a little different, I feel. So 4 out of 5 for campus gifts. No problems at all with their service and I would use them again.”
