I ended up buying lots of nice stuff for pressies during lock down. When the items arrived despite good packaging my Orla Kiely jug had been damaged in transit. Made a quick call to Cusotmer Services and sent a pic of damage and a replacement was sent within 48 hours. Very impressed (must be as I never bother with reviews :) )”
