“Sorry to say, I'm one of those irritating people who starts their Xmas shopping quite early in the Yr, purely so I don't have a huge financial impact all in one go in Dec. I've just purchased all my Stocking Fillers and Advent Calender Gifts and I'm absolutely delighted with every single one of them. Almost all of the items were reduced in price but never in quality. I've recently discovered the "East of India" Range which is fantastic, especially the small ceramic animals and the Nativity Scenes. There's such an array of gifts, you really can get a wide variety of items from crafts to electricals, all in one order! One of my items (out of many) was chipped and within 3 days of sending my first email, I had a replacement delivered. Their Customer Service is very impressive, swift and very much geared towards giving their customers the best treatment and service they deserve. They could certainly teach the larger high street names a thing or two on how to treat customers in times when needing their assistance the most. Great products, great quality, great prices, great service...Great job!”
