“I bought a child’s soft toy which I considered to be very expensive ( it was a large jellycat toy which are, I feel, a premium soft toy). The price it was offered by campus gifts was very competitive, in fact one of the best. Delivery was also very fast. Whilst the toy was packaged reasonably well (in a box) I felt that for hygiene reasons it would have been nice if it had been wrapped in a new bag (paper or plastic) or even tissue paper before being placed in the cardboard box (which may or may not have been reused/ recycled). For their price, I personally think jellycat could provide a drawstring bag or similar for their larger toys. As they don’t, it would have been nice if campus gifts could have packaged it accordingly. Anything else, I would not mind so much but a child’s toy is a little different, I feel. So 4 out of 5 for campus gifts. No problems at all with their service and I would use them again.”
