“Well, I had a few disasters regarding delivery. I ordered well in advance and didn't receive the items. I then had them resent, whilst I placed another order. The new order came immediately, the reorder went to the wrong address and there was only one of the items available. So I eventually got two out of three. The only thing that really compensated for the mishap was that everyone I spoke to was incredibly lovely and helpful. That made all the difference. Thank you.”
“So excited to get my package of goodies. Love the range that is on offer. Part of my order was a mug. Mug arrived with wrong design. Made contact that night. Next day received a reply. Two days later mug which i had ordered was delivered. Did not have to return the original mug. Very pleased with prompt service.”
“Prompt delivery. Packaged in cardboard box filled with foam beans, no apparent damage to anything inside. Items as expected bar the money-saving tin which is really tiny, but purely down to user error - I didn't take in the size given in the description online before buying.”
