“I ordered 2 fluffy chicks for my grandchildren - one in cream & the other in yellow.
I had them sent directly to my grandchildren (one boy, one girl) and they arrived very quickly, in fact they arrived on the Saturday, in the middle of Easter, which I didn't think would be possible because I had only ordered them a couple of days before!!

“I've just received my latest order. Several 3D cards, all wonderful. A really pretty foiled gift bag, with a matching china mug, Last of all out of the box, was the LED two tone firefly mason jar. It is so beautiful. Sometimes things look much better on the picture, not so with this, it is absolutely lovely.
I've placed several orders now, mostly for the 3D cards. I live in France, the delivery time has been excellent, everything has been well packaged. Very pleased with everything I have ordered. Thank you.”

Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review. As per your email exchange with our Customer Service Team, I can see that we have apologised and issued a refund in full for the damaged notebook. Your refund was processed just before the bank holiday weekend, so it may have felt like it took a little longer than normal for the funds to be returned back to your account.
Once again we are very sorry that the notebook on this occasion did not arrive in tip top condition.
