“Products were lovely as expected by jelly at but very poorly packaged and squished together. When buying a jelly at product you usually get a nice gift bag and this was not the case. A bit disappointed as these products are not cheap.”
Hello, thank you for your review, i am sorry that you were disappointed with the packaging of your order. We use the recyclable grey postage bags for all the soft toys that we send rather than sending them in boxes . We unfortunately don't send the Jellycat toys in the branded bags as Jellycat do not supply us with these , they are only available if you order from them directly. “I’m still waiting for my delivery which was despatched on 29 November. Can’t fault the company as communication has been good. Royal Mail have been inundated with parcels due to the lockdown so I need to be patient. A tad disappointed as the items ordered were Christmas gifts.”
