“Be aware that this item can "hold" very limited messages. I couldn't get more than six letters on one line, so you cant do Happy CHRISTMAS/BIRTHDAY or ANNIVERSARY. Did expect the letters to be small enough to allow for that, but NO!

Thank you for your review. After your call with us last week, we are again very sorry that you are disappointed with the size of the Small Cinematic Light-Up Message Box. As per the product details and photo on our site, the small message box only has enough room for three lines of six letters. The medium and large are recommended for longer messages as a result.
As you have now returned the Small Cinematic Light-Up Message Box back to us, we have of course refunded you for the item back to your original payment card.
