“Items are competitively priced and delivery time was extremely quick, particularly in the present (Covid) circumstances. Would definitely use this company again. Recommended.”
“Opening this parcel was a treat with each item individually tissue wrapped. The parcel had been packed with care and enough padding to protect everything. The items themselves I love! Each is amazing and as advertised. Most are for my daughters stocking and I think she’ll love it 🥰”
“Delighted with Leffy Elf soft toy and book. I'm sure our little grandson will love them too.
Easy to use website and prompt delivery despite ongoing restrictions.”
“Quick delivery good communication and fabulous product I ordered a toiletries bag for a present and couldn’t praise this company enough Great all round service”
“Nice gifts with very quick dispatch. Ordered two items, on delivery one was the wrong item. This was quickly resolved and the correct item delivered promptly. Annoyingly though I have to post the the incorrect item back. I understand this but it does mean that I have to take time to go to the local post office which in Covid times is not ideal.”
Hello David,
Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that we sent you the incorrect item.
Regrettably from time to time we make a mistake and pick the wrong item, for this we apologise, we do not take this lightly and we are always working to improve our processes to try and stop these kind of errors.
I absolutely understand that it is difficult at this time to return the items via your post office. However, there is no time limit on returning these items and you are free to send us your return whenever it is safe and convenient.
Kind regards
Chloe
