“A little disappointed to find the sweater I ordered online in 'Medium' arrived in 'Large' and was tagged correctly? It was advised on the invoice correctly but packaged in a bag of a different brand which appears strange? Ghia Menswear however offered to refund my return postage and to enclose a discount voucher with my replacement garment of the correct size. This does demonstrate a proactive approach to complaints, an acceptance of their error and a duty of care to their customers.”
