“I ordered a shirt Friday, and as yet haven’t had a confirmation email to let me know it’s been posted. So my review is poor. Maybe it will change when I receive the item.”

Hi Bill Sometimes the confirmation email goes into your junk folder but the system is set up to automatically email you once the parcel has been dispatched. The parcel was collected on the 27th and delivered on the 29th. Kind Regards Team Ghia

“It could not have been better. I found this winter jacket reduced at a great price. The possibility to reach someone -very friendly- over the phone is also great and very useful, would you need more information, like I did. I would definitely recommend this company.”
