“A little disappointed to find the sweater I ordered online in 'Medium' arrived in 'Large' and was tagged correctly? It was advised on the invoice correctly but packaged in a bag of a different brand which appears strange? Ghia Menswear however offered to refund my return postage and to enclose a discount voucher with my replacement garment of the correct size. This does demonstrate a proactive approach to complaints, an acceptance of their error and a duty of care to their customers.”

“What a great shopping experience! I don't think I've ever had customer service as good as i received today at Ghia Menswear in Pontefract. Went in to buy a new outfit for a night out this weekend and Geoff fully kitted me out. These guys have a very impressive range of brands :)”
