“Ordered replacement knife ( lost my first knife ) new knife cost a bit more than orginal, but a great knife, bigger, better looking and easy to open and close. Really impressed with blade ,my father and brother both long time professional butchers and both talked about getting one, as sharpness of blade is very important to them . Outstanding piece of kit.”
