“The Gerber product was to the usual high standard you expect of Gerber however, however we paid for some engraving on the knife blade which turned out to be rather disappointing as it was not particularly clear/well defined.”

“Ordered December 10, recieved a confirmation of order but no shipping confirmation. A week after I sent an inquiry on my order and was told that one item is out of stock. I was given an option of sending what is available and then send the other when it becomes available. Since it is supposed to be a present for Christmas, i agreed that they send me what is available. U til now it is still not delivered.”

“After my order seemed to stall at delivery, I contacted Gerber-store to find out what had happened. they were extremely helpful and arranged for another product to be dispatched with priority, which arrived the next day, and all this despite the fact that their system showed the original package as having been dispatched. Excellent customer service trumps getting it right first time in my book. Product arrived well packaged and looking exactly as described. should bring a smile to someone's face this Christmas!”
