“Excellent - I was desperate to receive this in a short period of time for a leaving doo and as it was inscribed as well I wasn't sure that it was achievable. Having spoken to customer services, they got the multi tool to me within two days and before lunch. Can't thank them enough.”

“Very happy with both of the knives I ordered the small parra frame was perfect for my girlfiend for her handbag I was also very happy with the engraving and the fact the packaging for the knife was still in tact i already have the paraframe multi tool for my car and now the gator grip also I will defiantly be adding some more gerber folding knifes to my collection”

“Ordered a folding scout knife with engraving in the morning. Before the end of the afternoon, it had been engraved and shipped - wow! I'd expect same day dispatch for normal orders, but to do so with the engraving really impressed me. The knife arrived the following day. SWEET. Will definitely order from Gerber Store again. :)”

“Ordered goods late on in the day online on a Friday, and they were due next working day delivery. I thought that would be Monday so went out for the day on Saturday. Guess what arrived on Saturday! That meant I had to go down to the Postal Sorting Office on Monday anyway. The service from Gerber was just TOO good!”
