“Having shopped round to find the cheapest bear grylls products I ordered two engraved items (plus fab high quality free gifts) They arrived at my house in less than 24 hours HOW DID THEY DO THAT????? Excellent”

“Very sneaky how they automatically put you down for "express delivery" without being asked! I missed this and ended up being charged an extra £1 for a delivery that turned up at the same time it normally would anyway. The Prices are not cheap anyway and this just added to the feeling of being overcharged! The website was not easy to navigate through either. Oveall I think I will look elsewhere in the future! Merry f@#$ing Christmas.”

We offer 3 services for UK delivery: Express, Standard & Next Day by 1pm. Standard is free over £30, Express is £3.99 and Next Day is £6.99, just select the service you prefer in the drop down menu in the basket. Thanks

“First time I had been on the Gerber Store. Prior to placing my order I contacted Customer Services for some additional information and they were very helpful. I purchased the items and requested they be engraved, simple steps to follow and I received the completed order the following day. Would certainly recommend this Company?”

“Fast delivery and top notch laser engraving. However, knife is intended as a gift and was supplied in it's original blister pack which had been cut open for engraving with the knife then put back inside and sealed with a piece of sticky tape. Not ideal. I wrote to customer services and told theme of my issue. They were brilliant. Quick response, took my comments on board and sent out a lovely tin in which to present the engraved knife to my brother on Christmas Day. Top recovery Gerber! Recommended but ask how the knife will be supplied if you are having it engraved.”

“Really really good service. I ordered my item (with engraving) and it was dispatched the same day! Received in perfect condition, could not fault at all! The item will make my boyfriend very happy on Christmas day. 10/10 would recommend.”
