“Useful bit of kit, the multi tool is a little small.l, but still useful for what I need. When I eventually break it I’d look for something bigger maybe. Not a bad price and swift easy delivery. I did need to present my ID on delivery.”

“The item is great, as ever. My issue was that I paid £10 extra for next day delivery on the Monday, and did not receive it until the Thursday. The problem was the age verification process. As I had been instructed, I successfully completed the process at the point of purchase and awaited delivery. Only on the Wednesday did I receive an email from you saying that despatch was delayed because I had not completed age verification. This seems to be a case of one part of your system not communicating with the other, as I had received the email confirming age verification at the point of purchase. I think you ought to tidy up this miscommunication. My £10 fee for next day delivery was wasted, and it messed up my plans to give the item as a gift at a specific time.”

“I paid £9.99 for next day delivery on 14/12/22. The item did not arrive until 28/12/22. It was intended as a Christmas present. I emailed a complaint to Geber, who promised a reply within 2 days. I have still not heard anything. I appreciate that the problems were with their trusted courier but my contract for the item and its delivery was made with Geber. I should be refunded the cost of the next day delivery.”

“The product is good, however it was touch & go that I would receive the product before Xmas because Gerber didn’t dispatch the product until I rang up 10 days after I ordered & paid for it & said it was just one of those things. Thankyou though to DPD Uk for fast next day delivery on Xmas eve.”

“Ordered an item for Christmas but when it was delivered it was the wrong colour, I contacted customer services who were amazing and sent out the correct item, it was delivered the following day which was the 23rd Dec. Fantastic service especially at the busiest time of the year. Will definitely purchase again in the future.”
