“Store very good. Sheath supplied with Bear Grylls multitool absolute rubbish. Had to buy a different leather one elsewhere which was a big let down.”

“I put in an order for a multi-tool, I wait for a week for it to arrive. When it came, no multi-tool but a very dodge looking gold knife. Yes a GOLD KNIFE. I’m still waiting to here back from customer service’s !!!!”

“Very good quality product. Engraving is good but the product is cut out of the original packaging and the selotaped back in. As an engraved gift it would be nice to either put it in new packaging, or have the option of a gift box or similar. Also, note that when ordering more than one engraved product, there is no way of knowing which is which as they do not come marked up, (if they have different engravings) unless you remove from the packaging. Other than this it's a quality tool.”

“Easy, quick, good value, lightning fast delivery. I actually thought they’d got it wrong when I received the knife in less than 24 hours from order as I’d requested customisation. But there it was, my name beautifully etched down the side. Superb.”

“Can't fault delivery. One minor gripe re the Gerber Vise is that the keyring attachment loop is at the same end as the knife blade pivot, so flicking out the knife to open a parcel say is not very convenient if tool is on a keyring with other keys.”

“After some emails that I had to xchange with the customer service team because they could not verify my ID with a system that they are using and never explained to me when I asked what system is that and why they dont accept the info that i provided, they shipped the item. Are they checking us all? Who gives them this authority ? I thought there are personal data laws...”

Hi - We run an automated check to ensure that bladed products are only shipped to orders placed by persons over 18. Your order failed as the name was misspelt on the order hence the issue, which we resolved with you. As we are selling an age restricted product (knife) we have a legal requirement to ensure that you are over 18.

“I ordered a Gerber Paraframe knife from the store at 07.59 on a Friday morning in June 2018. I also opted to have it engraved with my name (in Gaelic with grave accent just to be different). I placed the order without any bother and expected it to arrive within a few days allowing for the weekend. I received it the next morning in the north of Scotland at 11.15 from the postie. I am still gobsmacked by the price, (the cheapest price I found online) and speed of service from Gerber Store. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Gerber-Store.”
