“I bought 2 chronos : none of them were working properly. I discussed through email with the customer support. they agreed to refund me. I sent back the 2 chronos ...and somebody from the customer support team doesn't want to refund me the 1st as the return date was to late (despite the writtem comitment I received from Geckota). since that time (june) I have no refund on my watch and nobody is never answering to me anymore. Believe I'm a real watch enthousiast for 50 years : I've seen that. I will not leave this situation as it is. not for the money (value is nothing in the watch business) but as you cannot run your business this way.”

“I fell in love with this watch the moment I saw it on the website and instantly bought it. The packaging was beautifully organized, and the watch itself feels amazing on my wrist. I’ve already received so many compliments every time I wear it, and it makes me feel great. I can’t wait to add more Geckota watches to my collection—I’m officially a big fan of the brand! “This was my second Geckota watch, and just like last time, full marks for shipping and customer service. I love the small travel pouch that came with it, a very nice touch. The two-watch travel case that came with my order a couple of years back was also very nice, but I think this single pouch suits it better. All in all, keep up the good work!”
