“I bought 2 chronos : none of them were working properly. I discussed through email with the customer support. they agreed to refund me. I sent back the 2 chronos ...and somebody from the customer support team doesn't want to refund me the 1st as the return date was to late (despite the writtem comitment I received from Geckota). since that time (june) I have no refund on my watch and nobody is never answering to me anymore. Believe I'm a real watch enthousiast for 50 years : I've seen that. I will not leave this situation as it is. not for the money (value is nothing in the watch business) but as you cannot run your business this way.”

“Customer service 9/10 Shipping 10/10 Presentation 8/10 However my watch fell to bits within 6 hours of wearing it, would not recommend your product to anyone - shame.”
