“Great watch. Straps far too big. Sought help from customer service but no option to swap out the straps - very poor . Could have done more to help me with a smaller strap option. Very disappointed with first purchase from you.”

“Very good seller-customer contact. Clear and fast info about all individual costs (tax and custom duties), and delivery details. The only minus is shipping to Poland by DPD - delayed delivery, problem with customs papers, etc.”

“I have recently started to collect watches and have now had two pieces from Gekota, the Chronograph in Aqua Sunburst and the Ocean Scout in Ice White. Both watches are aesthetically pleasing, with a simple classic design and fit perfectly on my small wrist. They are high quality pieces at a very reasonable price point and are a great start to my increasing fascination with horology. They were delivered extremely quickly, in a great presentation pouch, with a cleaning cloth and extra strap beautifully presented. A great British independent brand that hopefully will go from strength to strength. Thanks Gekota.”

“Completely hassle free service, from start to finish! Wonderful wristwatch was shipped and delivered within 24 hours (that's surreal) Packaging was excellent and presentation was sublime. The case, spare strap are all greatly appreciated and add an air of quality and customer respect. The wristwatch is exceptional! Not a single production mark or vague scratch (trust me, I checked) The retro design and overall look is really, really eye catching and attractive.
