“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong toner pack. Despite it appearing on their web-site they were not able to supply the correct pack. I have received a full refund and would have no hesitation in buying from them in the future.”
“Worked OK. I did initially get a message from the printer saying 'non genuine cartridges fitted do you wish to continue?'... well of course I do. I did. And they work ok.”
