“Reasonable quote, rang 3 times and 2 of the times was very happy with customer support. First time I rang I wanted to ask a question about a quote I did on money supermarket, was happy with the answer. Then rang up again to ask the difference between 2 quotes (1 on go girl website and one on money supermarket) to which the girl replied that she couldn’t look into the quote even though another member of staff had previously. Explain someone already had and she was adamant she couldn’t. So rang up immediately to which a boy explained the quotes to me. I’m overall satisfied but not happy with the second phone call where I was basically lied to as 2 other members of staff could do what I was asking.”

“its very bad I lost my car cause they couldn't say I was insured can you believe this I m with this company for 3 years fully comp the police got a friend of mine driving my car and they took the car in the compond as they said he is not insured to drive the car but my policy is for any driver I went to the police and showed them the policy they phoned insure to drive and they said I m not insured . who was taking my money and the policy is infront of me I phoned insure company and they said I need to send my license and check code and explanation of why I let him drive ma car . may be they didn't see the policy its not their car why they should care I paid over 1500 pounds th them and they couldn't say I m insured to get ma car out bad people it must be me with a name nawaf asad I should change to George smith”
