“Was with provider and phoned through and made a manual payment etc all ok till a couple of months down the line they had date of birth wrong and wanted an extra 3k for their error... They should have picked this up during security checks on first phone call.... Attitude was not caring”
“Absolutely terrible insurance provider, lost over £130 deposit because they claimed that all of the deposit is not refundable after 14 day cooling off period, now ime having to go to court for my money back, these people may be cheap but cheap comes at a high price very bad business.”
“Absolute joke of an insurance company! Would not recommend to anyone,they may be cheap initially but they soon make up for it when they hit you with ridiculous charges for minor changes (ie change of address) lazy staff that don't even go thro your policy with you to check they have your details correct (incorrect surname on every email they send and also incorrect spelling of address) phoned to ask a question about my policy and found out they also had my occupation wrong and have tried to charge me an additional payment of £150 on top of what I already pay to change this on the paperwork if I do not pay they will cancel my policy, the women I spoke to on the phone offered to explanation as to why it was this price just proceeded to tell me I had a week to pay worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!cant wait to get to the end of my policy not staying with them another year will actually go with a well known insurance company beware people!!”
“Have'nt made claim but cheap insurance though could have gone fully comp for similar price with other competitor but website failed on competitor so all in all very happy with insure2drive.”
“Although the service is good, i am not happy i am charged £20 for late payments also if you are late paying so many times they will stop your insurance and you have to pay the remaining balance, normally i pay within the 7 day warning so why is it a problem if you do pay within the 7 day of a cancelation, so it makes me think should i go elsewhere as Swinton let you go in one of there offices to pay and don't say one more late payment and its cancelled, so i am not happy about this.”
