“I purchased through compare the market car insurance from GoSkippy last year. Transaction was simple and received emails from GoSkippy came immediately with the information about the policy. This year the renewal quote was not the most competitive but they did there best to just the offering so i could renew with them. So far good but you only truly find out how good a company is when you need them. Just a word of caution on all of the insurance policies' offering RAC cover it is fix at the roadside with parts at there prices and if they cant fix its only for 10 miles just enough to toe you off a motorway so you will still need breakdown cover so is it worth the £27???”
“Very impressed on price. I took out two separate covers online. Both were blocked for some reason and I had to call into customer services. They resolved my first issues swiftly but when it came to the 2nd one, it required the supervisors attention which in the end got resolved too however the only negative is that by the time I got to the second policy, I had to have all the script repeated again, he couldn't even skip a step when ALL had already been done online so I waste double time. Frustrating as I kept telling him I was in a hurry as I only had 30min lunch break. Find a way to keep the scripts to a minimum.”
