The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“Hi all at Northwest Hardware ,I would like to say a big thankyou for helping me sort out my chrome conservatory door handle.I cannot speak highly enough of the service you all gave me.You were recommended by a local firm in my home town via my brother whome he deals with.we had a couple of hiccups the spindle for door was to big and handle covering had a dent but you soon put matters right.well done you,I will definitely be recommending you to friends etc.Keep up the good work .”

“Excellent service. GB DIY store was the only supplier of the particular item I required. I assume because it was an old accessory (lock) with very exacting measurements. Not only was the item supplied correct and good quality but the item helpfully had various (3) different length screws to fit different glazing units, included in the pack. Very impressed. The price of the item was very reasonable as well. So I am full of praise for GB DIY Store.”
