The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“A great sample pack made it very easy to find the right product for replacing the old window seals. Good price and easy to order online. Bought 50m and great that it came in a bucket with a hole and guide in the lid which made it very easy to feed the new seal into the window without worrying about unraveling or knotting. Highly recommend the product and the company. Delivered very quickly.”

“Wrong item was dispatched, but this was not the fault of GB DIY as it was in a sealed pack. It was the manufacturer's fault. GB DIY sent the correct part the following day. Excellent customer service.”

“ordered a patio door replacement lock and it arrived without delay. fitted perfectly. it did develop an internal fault within a month or so but contacted customer services and they sent a replacement out the same day - no fuss and free of charge. brilliant service. will use again in the future.”

Thanks for the fantastic and detailed review. Although uncommon we do have issues with parts which is usually a result in a fault which is present on the part from the day of delivery. If we're able we will always replace the part free of charge and with an upgraded next day delivery service. If you need anything else in the future you know where we are. Thanks Nathan

“The problem is me - elderly with poor IT skills. You have what I want but choose to splash a random load of stuff over the website and I can’t find what I want. A simple alphabetical listing would get me there neatly and without all the clutter. I don’t want stuff I don’t want flashed up and moving about the place. Door sealing strip bloody ACE ! Thanks !”

“I had a broken back door handle (internals) .Went to the original suppliers who referred us to another parts company who advised me to look online. So after much searching found that you were the only company who had anything that remotely looked possible! This was quickly sent by yourselves and even though not exactly as original it fitted the ‘internals’ and has been operating successfully ever since. So many thanks.”
