The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

“I needed a cockspur handle and GB DIY was the only online supplier who showed elevations and measurements for each. The unit I needed was almost an exact replacement and fitted exactly into the space vacated by the damaged handle. I would certainly use GB DIY again.”

“I was happy with ordering and the speed of delivery. The letterbox is good. However, it was difficult to install because the screws provided along with it were too long. I was only able to install it by using a different set of screws which were shorter.”

“I Purchased 3 Products Online From GB DIY STORE. As I Was In Need Of 3 New Replacement Door Latch Plates. It was very difficult to source the specific brand and serial number that I needed. But fortunately I came across an amazing online company that sold the products I was In need of. The Products Were (X2) GU Ferco Door Roller Striker Keep (E11 637) And (X1) GU Ferco Latch Plate (E11 639). This was my first time interacting and being a customer at GB Diy Store. So I was unsure if the products came with the necessary screws. So I contacted the company and asked. Their response time was truly impeccable, it was my first encounter of a truly professional and talented worker. Who was so helpful with helping me in regards to my question. Unfortunately the screws aren’t usually included with the products. However this worker Taylor Went Above and beyond. By providing excellent customer service to take the time out of their day to source the correct screws that would fit the screw hole measurement of all 3 Door Plates. So Having That Reassurance That If I Purchased The 3 Door Plates, All The Screws Would Be Included With The Order. That’s One Of The Reasons Why I chose To Buy The Products From This Company Instead Of The Other Companies I Was Browsing On. So I Purchased The Products, Everything Went Great With Placing The Order On Their Website. Taylor Assured Me That The Manager Personally Packed My Order Themselves To Be Certain That The Screws Were Included With The Products. In All Of My Years Of Ordering Products Online I Have Never Came Across Such An Amazing, Kind, Professional And Helpful Company. That Goes Out Of Their Way To Make Sure Their Customers Are Satisfied And Have A Great Experience. Their Customer Service Department Is Also Incredible With Time Efficient Responses, Great Customer Service Communication And Offering Helpful Resolutions To Any Questions Or Problems That May Occur. The Company Did Everything Perfectly On Their Part With Packing The Order Including The Screws And Posting The Package To Me. However Unfortunately There Was A Problem With The Shipping Courier, So The Package Was Delayed Then Lost Through Transit. Which Was Very Disappointing Because I Was In Much Need Of These Products And I Was Afraid It Was Lost For Good. So I Tried Reaching Out To The Shipping Company But Their Customer Service Department Was Very Difficult To Contact And Unable To Help Me. So I Reached Out To GB Diy Store, To Give Them An Update Of The Current Situation. The Company Immediately Responded, Apologised Even Though It Wasn’t Their Fault. But It Just Showed To Me How Great This Company Truly Was. As They Understood My Concerns Regarding The Package Being Lost In Transit, They Knew I Needed The Products Quickly So I Could Fix My Front Door. They Immediately Came Up With A Resolution To Resolve The Shipping Issue. So The Company Sent Out A Whole New Order Which Included The 3 Door Plates Along With The Exact Same Screws That They Previously Already Had Included. They Posted The New Order That Day Using A Different Shipping Company. They Also Made Sure It Was Next Day Delivery So I Could Receive My Order And Use The Products To Fix My Door. The Next Day My Package Arrived That Morning Which Was Truly Incredible. I was So Thankful And Grateful To The Company GB Diy Store, To Taylor Who Was In Correspondence With Me From The Beginning To The End, And Lastly To The Manager Who Personally Packed My Order And Included All The Screws I Needed To Install The 3 Door Latches. When I Opened The Package And Seen The Products. All Three Door Latches Were Great Quality. The Screws Were Also In The Package. The Company Even Out Did Themselves Even More Than Before. They Were So Kind And Generous To Include 2 Sets Of Screws For Each Door Latch Screw Hole’s. They Included 2 Different Types Of Screws One Short And One Long. I Was Finally Able To Fit All Three Door Latch Plates Which Fixed My Front Door. None Of That Would Have Been Possible If The Company Didn’t Include The Correct Screws I Needed For Each Door Latch. By Far This Is The Best Online Company I Have Found And Used. This Was The Best Encounter I’ve Ever Had, With Being A First Time Customer And New To This Store. Not Only Do They Offer An Incredible Range Of Products That Are Amazing Quality. Their Prices Are So Affordable And Remarkable Compared To Other Companies. GB Diy Store Has A Great Easy To Use Website. They Offer Amazing Customer Service And Truly Do Value All Of Their Customers. Their Response Time Is So Quick, The Team Are So Helpful And Kind To Any Questions. The Customer Service Department Is Very Resourceful And Willing To Help With Anything. So If You Come Across This Amazing Company, I Highly Recommend You To Use Their Services And Buy Their Products. They Are Very Reliable, Efficient, They Sell Great Quality Products And Have An Incredible Customer Service Team. Who Put Their Customers Needs First And Make Sure Every Customer Has A Great Experience. I Definitely Will Be Using This Company Again For Any Products I May Need In The Future And Will Be A Returning Customer.”
